Rising Star Learning Center desires to be more than a child care center. We have established a working relationship with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) in Cobb, Douglas, Carroll and Fulton County. We believe that it is vital for our center to accept parents who receive assistance from DFCS so that their child can be enrolled in a quality center and to give back to the community.

Rising Star Learning Center is very proud of our strong partnership with the elementary schools in the area. Our center maintains communication with the social workers, teachers and principal in order to inform our parents and the community about the school events, registrations, dates and other concerns. We partner with Cobb Community Collaborative. This organization works with other resources in Cobb County to improve the lives of residents in our county.
